ANMC is looking for a “Member Service Officer”

Australian Nepalese Multicultural Center (ANMC) is currently looking for a “Member Service Officer (MSO).

The purpose of this role to provide a range of services to members of Australian Nepalese Multicultural Centre (ANMC) and support Executive Committee and sub-committees for executing its set goals.

Reporting to the Treasurer/President/Secretary, the MSO will be required to assist in a wide range of functions with an emphasis on management of members’ account in recognized accounting software; maintaining members register, follow up of unpaid membership fees/pledged amount, handling enquires and assist Executive Committee and various sub-committees on membership drive, and fundraising campaign.

This is a role that requires a capable, self-motivated person with a passion to work in a community-based organization.
